A young librarian (GINGER) is excited for her first day on the job, and has a secret lifelong desire to keep it open on Sundays. The two senior librarians (ROBERTA & AGNES) attempt to get Ginger fired, until they realize that they can use her as an unwitting accomplice in an insurance fraud scheme. After Ginger realizes she and her love interest, the USPS man (MICHAEL), have been framed, Ginger attempts to foil the scheme with a good ol’ fashioned heist and set things right in Librarydom. All in a day’s work… at your local county instituted, public-funded, everyday library!

PCC Theater Dept. Presents Susan Glaspell’s “Inheritors” - Directed by Katherine J. Nigh. Written 100 years ago, Glaspell’s “Inheritors” asks questions that are as pointed today as they were then: Who does the land of America “belong” to? How do we right the wrongs of our historical past? Who is the “right” kind of American? Do “radicals” belong in the classroom? How do we fight for those who are oppressed, imprisoned and silenced, when we ourselves are suppressed? Come see a young woman in the year 1921 struggling to answer these questions and more. She may not find all the answers, but she finds, in the end. . .herself.

2025 A/V AWARDS, Presented by the students of TVR 107, Pasadena City College. Recognizing the audio and video productions of PCC Students. This is the first A/V Awards! Winners are announced in 8 categories including:
Best Narrative Film, Best Documentary, Best Music Video, Best Promo or PSA, Best Editing, Best Radio Show or Podcast, Best Livestream or Multicam Production and the Judges Award.

The students in TVR 107 created the show format, selected the talent, wrote the show, created ALL the graphic elements and much more! It was a big undertaking and I am very proud of the work the students accomplished!
